ARIADNE seeks to highlight exploration within the Stanton System through dynamic image-making. The Stanton Pathfinder Program calls on imaging technicians to submit their best representation of their journeys - ambitious solo excursions, coordinated fleet events, and everything in between. We are looking for creative and compelling images.

Raise the bar - aim to produce an image that transcends the ordinary. Show us your best, and we will reward the top two image-makers with standalone ships. In February, our organization will review and select our first pathfinder recipients, highlighted in a live broadcast.  Best of luck to you. We anticipate your participation.

[TECHNICAL]

Images must be created within the Star Citizen application - no third-party rendering is allowed.

 

Use of ReShade is accepted, as well as minor adjustments via software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, GIMP, etc. Excessive use of these tools will negatively affect your submission. Your image should begin and end in the Verse.

Using our submission field, please upload either JPG or PNG file formats.

We request NEW images to be eligible for the Stanton Pathfinder Program.

[ELIGIBILITY]

To participate in the Stanton Pathfinder Program you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where the Contest and your participation is legally permitted. You must have an account at RSI.
Applicants must be following the Instagram and Discord servers to be eligible recipients.
No purchases or payments necessary.

[DURATION]

The Stanton Pathfinder Program has an entry window beginning 17th December 2950, culminating 1ST FEBRUARY 2951.  An entry will not be valid if not submitted within the Duration.

Submissions must be received by 1ST FEBRUARY, 2951, at midnight PST. Our judges still use Sol system time.

To be eligible, participants must have a registered Roberts Space Industries account.
This is a good-faith system. One submission per user.

To submit screenshots (“submissions”) as Pathfinder Program Entries, you must submit a post satisfying all of the requirements of these Rules described in this message. Each unique submission constitutes a Pathfinder Program Entry as long as all the individual and applicable criteria are met for both the submission and its content as well as any other requirements for the post as indicated in these Rules or the Announcement. Each Contest Entry is associated with the Participant who submitted it. A Participant may only submit at most one (1) Entry to the Pathfinder Program. Group submissions will not be considered. A user submitting an entry under multiple accounts is considered a single Participant. A Pathfinder Program Entry must be submitted by the individual who created it; submitting a Pathfinder Program Entry that was created by another person is grounds for disqualification. The recorded time of submission for any Contest Entry will be the date and timestamp of the post as displayed in PDT.

[CONDITIONS]

By entering the Stanton Pathfinder Program, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and to abide by ARIADNE's decisions relating to the Program which are final and binding. If a winner accepts a prize, the winner consents to the use of his, her, or their name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by ARIADNE, in perpetuity and in any and all media now or hereafter devised without any further compensation, notification, or permission, to the extent admissible by applicable law.

[DETERMINATION OF WINNER]

During the Pathfinder Program window, ARIADNE advisors (the “Judges”) will select two (2) winning Entries in total across the entire Program. from among the eligible Entries based on quality, creativity, and style, and the winners will be the respective Participant (s) submitting said Entries. A Participant may receive at most one prize during the entire Contest as a whole. Supporting the ARIADNE organization does not affect or increase the chances of winning. Winners must confirm and verify their RSI account handle to the Judges.

[PRIZES]

Eligible Participants who submit the winning Pathfinder Program Entries as determined by the Judges will be awarded standalone ships, which will be gifted to verified RSI accounts. Limit one prize per winner, even if the winning Participant participated in more than one winning Contest Entry or with more than one account.
